Keep going. ## The three fixes to try first 1. **Close the app fully and reopen it.** Swipe it away from recent apps, wait ten seconds, open it again. 2. **Switch networks.** Wi-Fi to mobile data or the other way. Do the three fixes above, then clear the cache. It also shows when TikTok is down, when a network blocks TikTok, or with a VPN. Switch networks and turn the VPN off. **"Too many attempts, please try again later."** You did something too fast, like logging in or following many times. Wait an hour. **"This video is currently unavailable."** The video was deleted, set to private, or blocked in your country. Nothing is wrong with your app. ## Fix by symptom **Videos will not load but the rest works.** Videos come from different servers than comments and profiles. It is often a partial outage. Check the status page. Otherwise turn off data saver: Settings and privacy → Data Saver. **Comments will not load or post.** Refresh the video. If comments fail on every video, clear the cache.
