This page explains when we refill, when we refund, and when we cannot. Read it before you order.

## Our 30-day refill guarantee

If the followers, likes or views you bought drop below the amount you ordered within 30 days, we top up the difference for free. Send one message to support with your order number. No screenshots. No forms.

## When you get a full refund

You get a full refund if your order does not deliver, or if something goes wrong and we cannot fix it. Ask within 30 days of your order. The money goes back to the card or wallet you paid with.

## When we cannot refund

Our products are digital services. Once an order is delivered in full, we cannot take it back, so we cannot refund it. If a count drops later, the refill guarantee covers you.

We also cannot refund orders placed on the wrong username or on a private account, because the service still ran. Check the username before you pay.
