The names are what you control. ## How to hide your Following list This setting hides the names of people you follow. Only you can see the list. 1. Tap **Profile** in the bottom right. 2. Tap the **menu** (three lines) in the top right. 3. Tap **Settings and privacy**. 4. Tap **Privacy**. 5. Tap **Following list**. 6. Choose **Only me**. The other option is **Everyone**. There is no "followers only" choice for this list. After you switch it, anyone who taps your Following count sees a locked message instead of names. The count itself still shows. ## How to hide your Followers list TikTok has no direct switch for this. The way to hide it is to make your account private. 1. Go to **Settings and privacy** → **Privacy**. 2. Turn on **Private account**. Now people who do not follow you cannot open your Followers list, your Following list, or your videos.
